Such scams typically target unsuspecting applicants. The fraudster may invite a victim to file fake applications, participate in fake interviews, and divulge sensitive, personal information. Our companies do not use Google Hangouts for interviews. We only request sensitive information in the ordinary course of on-boarding and pursuant to legal requirements – not during interviews. We do not use free e-mail domains such as Yahoo or Gmail to recruit individuals, nor do we extend job offers without a formal interview and process.
