Position Summary:
 
The Facilities Manager has a diverse set of responsibilities that are all essential to HearingLife’s success. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

Essential Job Functions:
- Occasionally Perform and/or oversee office relocations and closures across the HearingLife platform throughout the country.
- Work with external vendors (Plumbers, HVAC, Electricians, Locksmiths, Roofers, Handymen, Landscapers, etc..) to ensure all office issues are serviced, repaired and maintained in a timely manner.
- Partner with our internal Real Estate Department to resolve any insurance claims.
- Oversee all remediation to completion for insurance claims.
- Review and approve orders for services rendered.
- Occasionally Move sound booths across the HearingLife platform. (travel is required)
- Occasionally Break down sound booths in one location and transfer to requested destination when applicable (travel is required).

Experience and Key Competencies:
- Must have a strong Customer Service mindset
- Must be familiar with RFP Bidding Processes
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to react and problem solve quickly
- Ability to understand and effectively communication company policies and SOPs
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and/or CAD
- Proven experience as project manager
- In-depth understanding of procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- 5+ years project management is a must

- Associate degree preferred or Associate degree, or minimum of three years of Operational Management experience.
- Must have Project Management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must have experience with managing multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Must be familiar with the workings off and the management of a work request ticketing system.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have direct reports.
 
Travel:
May require travel up to 10% throughout the market.
 
Target Salary: 70-75k
