Who YOU Are…
As a Marketing Analyst, you will report directly to the VP of Analytics, taking on a variety of responsibilities to support our high-volume hearing care operation. In the role you will be responsible for measuring, reporting & providing insights across marketing & digital channels driving data-driven decisions to improve guest engagement. Monitoring and optimizing campaign activities through process control and variance analysis. Partner with internal and external teams to gather and organize historical patient data, identifying trends and key attributes of desired patient behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and effectively communicate goals and objectives
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented, project management skills and effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution modeling across all Marketing channels to identify optimal patient journey(ies)
- Execute A/B testing scenarios to learn patient preference and ideal strategies to deliver premium hearing options while driving desired business results
- Contribute to team performance, creating a winning culture with a focus on development to meet performance and development goals
Qualifications
We are Excited About You if you have…
- 3-5 years of total professional experience with a core focus in Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or related strategy area, or relevant work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively synthesize complex findings into action-oriented insights
- Value diversity of thoughts, perspectives, and expression and believe that a diverse team makes better decisions, drives innovation, and delivers better business results
Location:
Somerset, NJ or remote
Travel:
Possible evening and weekend work (as needed) with minimal travel (est. less than 10%)
